Lemosho Route + Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Tarangire

14 days from $5,096 per person: eight days on Kilimanjaro's most scenic Lemosho Route, two rest days in Arusha, then four days of premium safari across Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire.

The 14-day is the trip we build when clients want the mountain done properly — slow enough on Lemosho to summit at, with two genuine recovery days in Arusha and four days of private safari across the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. One family-run operator from JRO pickup to your flight home, one WhatsApp thread, no handoffs.

What 14 Days Actually Buys You

The 14-day combo exists because a real Kilimanjaro climb needs more than the minimum number of days. The Lemosho Route is eight days on the mountain for a reason — the extra acclimatisation days are what push summit success to, the highest of any standard route. Rushing the climb to add a longer safari is a poor trade; we built the 14-day around the climb first, then layered a proper safari behind it. If you only have a week, our 7-day Tanzania itinerary walks through the three realistic ways to fit Kili and safari into a single week.

After the descent you get two full rest days in Arusha — not optional, not "free time to fill" — built into the itinerary because altitude recovery is real. Day 11 you wake up genuinely ready for a game drive. The four-day safari covers Tarangire's elephant herds, two days in the Serengeti (central plains plus the migration corridor), and a Ngorongoro Crater descent at dawn — the Big Five in a single morning. One operator, one set of guides, one quote from JRO to JRO.
