Why we built Safari Kilimanjaro
For decades, travellers coming to Tanzania would book their Kilimanjaro climb with one company and their safari with another. Two separate operators, two separate quotes, two separate sets of logistics. And if something went wrong between the two — a delayed descent, a missed transfer — it was nobody's problem.

We saw this firsthand. Safari Kilimanjaro has been running both climbs and safaris from Arusha since 1978.
