What to Wear
Dress in layers — it is cold at 6am (10–15°C) and warms quickly. Closed shoes required (no sandals). Wear neutral colours. The basket is open-sided; wind comes through at altitude.
Fitness Requirements
No physical fitness requirement — the basket is stationary during flight. You must be able to climb into and out of the basket (two steps up). If you have mobility concerns, let us know in advance — special arrangements can sometimes be made.
